Below I will take you through a few examples of how I work. Every project is different, and my approach is tailored to the unique needs of my clients.

Concept or mood boards are the way I bring visual elements together which respond to my clients’ taste and personality.
Create

When it comes to designing a space, I always start with pencil and paper. There is a wonderful, intuitive connection between the brain and the hand which I consider central to initial design.
Develop

From initial design, begins the meticulous process of growing and developing a clear plan. Such drawings are essential for communicating complex design ideas to the expert builders and makers I work with.
Style

Style boards are made up of objects; textures, materials, specific colours and finishes that complete the surroundings. This might include furniture, fabric, cushions, wallpaper, flooring, tiles, lighting…

Concept Boards and Sketches.

The style concept of a home is all about personality. The inspiration comes from our aspirations, what brings us joy, and how we want to be portrayed. Hand sketches always start off the creative process of planning a layout.

Technical Drawings.

The tech drawings take our creative ideas, and make them a reality. It’s all in the communication. From suppliers, trades people, joiners, to the papersmiths (yes, I said papersmith!), these drawings make it all possible. They are the bread and butter of making it all come to life.

Style Boards

The style boards refer to the concept/mood board which is the heart of the home. They are made up of the details and elements that elevate your home, and bring the unique style and personality that sets it apart.
